300 Case Production
The newest edition to the ‘g’ Wine family, the 7th letter is a red blend consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Zinfandel and Syrah. These varietals are blended equally to produce a rich and juicy medium bodied wine. The 7th Letter is a fruit driven wine with the Zinfandel and Syrah being at the forefront of its aromatics and on the pallet. The Cabernet and Petit Verdot, give this wine great structure and color, making it a formidable red blend with their structure and soft tannins. This makes the 7th Letter the perfect year round drinker. It has a monstrous abundance of dark fruit that envelopes the pallet, and aromatics that will open up in your glass. The Cabernet and Petite Verdot vineyards are located in the eastern hills of the Coombsville appellation, and the Zinfandel and Syrah grapes are from two vineyards on the other side of the Vaca Mountain range, in the Suisun Valley. The 7th Letter can be shared now, or aged in your cellar for 10 years.
